don't end up disappointed and kicking yourself by trying to cut corners...
Want to make sure that you get what you pay for? Want to make sure that your materials look their best? Want someone to handle the entire process for you so that you can get on with running your own business?
Over the years we've seen it countless times. Clients paying for well designed materials only to end up
hugely
disappointed with the finished article because they went to the cheapest printer or production house they
could find. Don't fall into the trap of penny pinching with something as important as your image and reputation.
Unless you know what you're doing, of course. If you want to look professional, get a professional to do it for you.
As a totally independent business we have several suppliers who are able to handle the different types of project that we work on - all carefully chosen because of their ability to meet our stringent standards - a balance of price, product, quality, reliability and turnaround. We choose the right supplier for the job to ensure that you're happy with the result - just as you would use the right tool for the right job in most other areas.
Aside from price there're also technical issues to consider such as knowing what materials and processes will work best for you and what to do if it all goes wrong. Would you know what format the artwork needs to be supplied in, whether the fonts need to be supplied or outlined, how the colour separations should be set up, whether you need bleed and if so how much, what format, resolution and size any photographic files need to be, whether those photographic files need to be embedded or linked, whether you need die traces, dies, spot UV separations, what stock would be best to use, what finishes you need, how to press pass and what quantities will give you the best economy of scale etc.?
We can look after all of your print / production [including large format] needs to make sure you're
not disappointed when your job's delivered. As early as concept stage, we can identify potential production issues, advise / suggest the best choice of media and finishes and then ensure that all
design and artwork remains within the production parameters and process limitations and can even provide you with detailed mock-ups for more complicated jobs - just to make sure that you know what you're getting...
